Working at a boutique - what’s it like?
To those who have worked at a boutique for 1+ years, what’s your experience been like? Do you really put in 90+ hours regularly or do you have many 65-70 hour weeks?
Also, what do you dislike the most about your role, and would you advise students to pick an EB? Would appreciate your honest feedback
They vary wildly
Usually higher deal flow, more hours, more responsibilities per analyst. It isn't uncommon for people to work 90+ hours weekly
At least bonuses are typically solid
