You'd have no exits....
Even as ex-CS?
Bump
Are there team moves already?
You wouldn’t be limiting them that much, seeing as it looks like your ‘exit op’ from CS is Santander
Post-santander
Is this for energy / power?
If moving to Santander right now is your best bet you don’t have great exit ops already - but fr your exit ops will likely be the same as that of a decent MM rather than BB…but it’s certainly better than getting laid off and sitting at home. Heard the money isn’t too bad either
Depends when you want to leave. Santander had a lackluster presence in the US. It’ll probably take a bit for the CS guys to produce. I am sure it would not be difficult to move to a MM bank.
The ops would likely be in reference to PE I’d imagine - moving from one MM to another isn’t much of an ‘exit op’
Moving from Santander is probably really really hard considering they don’t do any serious M&A or debt/equity stuff. So I guess maybe LMM PE
