24 year old immigrant trying to get into IB. Where do I start?

My Background:
-Born in a SEA country and moved to the US 4 years ago immediately after graduating from a local uni with a degree in Business
-I just got my permanent resident card a few months ago (got married)
-I was doing odd jobs these past 4 years. The most relevant work experience I did was doing bookkeeping for a real estate investor
I want to be involved in high finance in the long run (hopefully I get there before I turn 30), i.e., IB & corporate development and then eventually do consulting. I know that it is a long shot given that came from an unknown target school in Asia and I don’t have relevant work experience. but I'm willing to grind my way there.
I know that I definitely need to go back to school to do either an MSF or shoot for an MBA (maybe if I land a decent BO role). I’ve been reading my college Finance textbooks during my free time. I’m also in the process of completing the WallStreetPrep Premium Package in Financial modeling. My current goal right now is to get into a finance-related job while I’m working on getting a high gmat score.
My questions are:
1. Where do I go from here?
2. What entry level position should I look into getting before I get an MSF
3. Is it possible to get a position at this point that will enable me to lateral to an IB job?
What were you doing for four years? The whole point of being on your grind is not having a gap like that. I'd start networking with regional firms and boutiques right now. You need to catch up on four years of networking. Get whatever internship you can and start studying for the GMAT today.
Thanks brah. Long story short: I'm not even planning on staying in the US until I got hitched.
Are you talking about an IB internship? Are there any other paid entry-level positions that can be valuable pre-MSF/IB? Would SB if got some.
Wall Street Prep financial modeling courses: completely worthless for someone in your position would recommend the advice from the user above
At this point, I can use whatever resources available to boost my CV. I agree with starting networking.
