Freshman at a semi-target - target school, but my first semester GPA was a 3.3 and this semester probably will only be 3.5. Is it already over?

You are fine I had worse, work as hard as you can to bring it up and network for full time go for boutiques for your internship that are in the area you will probably not hear back from well established programs.

Nope at at a target. Had a 3.1 gpa freshman fall recruited sophmore fall/spring with a 3.5 placed at a bb get your gpa a little up but if you are a target just network you will be fine.
