Always rejected after superday - is finance not for me?

Lately I’ve realized I’m not perfecting the basics of finance and modeling well enough and it’s costing me opportunities. For context, I went to one of HYPSM, work at a BB bank as a first year IB analyst, and am super interested in growth equity. so far, i messed up my MF growth equity superday because didn’t know some basics during the technicals fire round interview like unlevered vs levered MOM, messed up a final round with a growth equity shop because didn’t do the excel modeling well, messed up another growth interview because I forgot the exact EBITDA to FCF bridge and stuttered a bit before correcting myself and getting there. another superday for vc i messed up by saying i cant start until summer when they wanted someone now.

Essentially, I know I’m not stupid because I always did well in tests and in school, so is finance and investing just not for me given how I keep messing up? I feel like I get interviews at awesome firms but something always goes sideways in the superday.

I feel like a failure sometimes who isnt doing anything impactful. my role in investment banking rn is fine and the hours are acc good (avg 60-65), but it feels meaningless like no creativity or impact and mostly random pitches. i just want to feel like i can make an impact. im also not the most detail oriented and find IB sometimes boring so not "excelling".

any advice on career paths, if finance and investing are for me, etc is appreciated. ik im right out of college but i feel so lost and feel like i have no value add and am not good at anything.
