Am I too late to break into IB?

Current senior in undergrad at a large state school (Texas A&M). Econ major and good grades. But no finance experience, just sales and some law firm stuff.

I was on the pre law track but really want to get into IB. I know a&m has a vast network, but I'm not really sure how to utilize it, if I'd be competitive, and if I should go for a masters or something.

Am I too late for IB? any advice?

Just curious as to why Moelis Houston would give him looks seeing as he as no finance experience?

OP, let me give you some more realistic advice than going directly to MOE. Try Big 4 TAS or boutique IB. If that fails, you should generally try to work a couple of years before doing an MBA. Try to aim for one of the better ones to have a shot at associate IB roles. Honestly, you're late to the game and it's going to be superbly difficult - not only getting the interview standpoint, but actually being prepared to answer the techs and behaviourals.
