Anyone working as “overemployed” in commercial real estate?

I’m a first year analyst working completely remote for a large commercial real estate company. I can easily complete my days work within an hour and I only communicate with 4 people on my job. There may be about 2 hours of meetings per week, but I’ve never had to speak or turn on my camera.

I’m considering going dark on LinkedIn and shopping up my resume to apply for some other online full time jobs. I came across the overemployed community and it seems that this is more common than I once thought. The idea of bringing home 2 salaries is certainly appealing, but I am wary of the downsides.

Has anyone tried to hop on the trend and juggle multiple full time remote jobs? I’d love to hear your stories and opinions.

What is your long term goal? Work towards that. If you want to do REPE or development down the line, work towards that by reading and networking.

You're fully remote, so might as well get jacked or learn some new hobbies.

If your pay is good/fair, I'd stick with it - if not, start applying to other firms.

If you want to stay in commercial real estate long term I'd advise against getting another job simultaneously (unless it's a completely unrelated field). The industry isn't that large, and people talk.
