Career Advice

I am a 17 year old high school student currently trying to set myself up for IB/S&T (being a prop trader at a firm like SMB or Trillium is the goal). In high school I didn't have great grades until junior year. As a senior, I currently attend my community college through a program my high school offers where I can take some mandatory classes, along with accounting, business, and quantitative analysis, which is all transferable to accredited schools. I will graduate high school with 38 transferable credits. I also had an Internship at Citizens bank the end of my junior year which was through a program called prepare RI. I connected with the head of private bank operations and met with many people in different positions to see what job I would like best, and that kept coming out as trading. I have also been trading since junior year and have far surpassed 100 trades, currently working towards a higher P&L. I got an offer for a job in private banking due to its growth and a good interview with the head. I plan on attending Bryant business school as I can do the 3+1 program and get my MBA in fintech at age 22 while having 4 years experience working in a corporate bank that’s close to the campus. I will also effectively get my MBA sooner than 22 as I have 38 transferable credits and I can knock off some time from my accelerated BSBA. There are a few people who went on to prestigious jobs from Bryant that I have seen on LinkedIn. I know I’m not coming from a target but I am hoping the experience plus an MBA will help me get into either S&T, IB, or Corporate Banking. There are also exit opportunities in the job within wealth management or a role as a banker. Targets are out of the question and most others school are too due to the fact that Citizens bank will pay partially towards my school and money I save will cover the rest, also I’ll have less schooling to pay for. Money is difficult because I come from a lower middle class family. I am asking for guidance due to the oddness of my current situation. Anything helps, thanks!

Forgot to mention that due to the fact I take night classes at my community college, starting January 5 I can work during the day full time at the bank, and hopefully during college full time. The hours are not a problem for me as I have been working since 12, and am used to time management from sports.
