Cold Emailing Boutiques - MD or VP?
So for me the general consensus for cold emailing non elite boutiques are that you should email only one person at the firm at a time and follow up another email if they don’t respond after a week and MD/VP is preferable to cold emailing rather than associates/analysts since they have a say in hiring. But do I email a MD or VP? Additionally, if the first person I reach out doesn’t respond, is it okay for me to reach out to another person at the same firm?
