Help with getting into the IB business

Hello All,
My main question is: Do you guys believe I have any chance to get a job in IB here in the US?
If yes, can you give me some advices?

I'm pretty sure you all will hit me hard for my question, but I'm strong so I can get it. Hope I can get some good info here from you.
The problem is: I was born in the wrong county, didn't have a lot o chance and just now I was able to understand what do I want for my life.
I was born in a very poor family, and instead of complaining I fought and could get a better life. But, it took me too much time to get here, and only now I have the tools to chase the dream of working for an IB here in the US.

All the negative parts about me:

- I was born in brazil, where chances and education doesn't meet the minimum criteria to get a Job in Wall Street
- I graduated in Law in Brazil, and have only a Management and English certificate from Ohio University.
- I never had an internship or entry level job in IB (valuation, research, M&A, etc) valid to use as background.
- I'm already 30y old.

Now, the points that maybe could help me:

- Now, I'm about to become a US Citizen (already have a green card).
- I just got the CFA Investment Foundations certificate
- I still believe the law degree could help me with an M&A position, since I'm a lawyer there.
- I currently work for JPMorgan Chase, Have 3 years of front office experience in Sales for Mortgages and just transferred to the back office (because I applied for). Have previous experience working for the Arab Bank Corp from EAU, but also in the back office.
- The bank pay for my education, so I'm considering trying to get a Business in Adm degree for the University of Florida (online, since I work full time) as a second bachelor degree to have something in the US.

Do you all believe it's better just to give up since I'm too old and don't have the necessary background, or do I have any chance?
If yes, can you provide me with some tips?
I'm learning accounting and valuation by myself, so if you have any recommendation of classes/videos/material that could help me, I appreciate it a lot.

Thank you folks!
