Human Capital for more $$$

I know that getting more advanced degrees results in more $$$ (i.e. Having a Masters results in higher pay than simply having up to an undergrad degree). What about having a double or triple undergrad major in the fields relevant to your career? Like for trading, would a math/econ double major get paid more than somebody who majored only in economics all else equal?

No, and major really doesn't matter much for pay either. An entry analyst is an entry analyst. You get the job and take the base salary or you don't -- not much negotiating power.

This is pretty much correct. It may be an interesting talking point in an interview if you are able to claim a double/triple major, but in terms of pay it won't mean anything.
