Interning at a small hedge fund sophomore year

How would interning at small hedge fund sophomore year look to recruiters for junior summer recruiting? I am at a target school and would most likely be interning at a 400 AUM hedge fund in NYC. My gpa is good (3.8) and I know my technicals pretty well. Was wondering because everyone at my school seems to have insane soph year internships and I want to know how I compare. FYI I'm hoping to recruit for top BB and EB.
