Real estate vs Lev Fin Analyst Role

Upon completion of a rotational program this summer, I am having a hard time deciding between CRE and Lev Fin roles. I would be a senior analyst in either role for some context. I enjoy the complexity and constant learning in Lev Fin, where I feel CRE is pretty repetitive. I don’t mind the stricter work schedule with Lev Fin, although I don’t mind the 9-5 nature of CRE (CRE would be lower $). I would say my knowledge/confidence in the CRE role is 90%c whereas I’m at about 75% for LevFin (I do understand that LevFin might be harder to conceptualize and/or understand for some, so I will not be too worried about this). At the end of the day, leaning more towards LevFin as I believe it would set me up for more opportunities if I were to choose another avenue, versus CRE being purely real estate industry.

Just looking for some advice on which makes the most sense.
