Role cancelled after final round - next steps?
I was rejected six weeks after a final round interview. I did some digging and it seems like the team was not able to recruit and had to put the role on hold for the time being.
The MD who interviewed me reached to say that he'll be in touch if there are any future roles and I should get in touch if there are any questions or if I need some advice..
My question is how do I keep this relationship alive just for networking purposes and also to make sure that if something does come up 6-7 months down the line, I'll still be considered.
Would asking to go for coffee in a month or so be a good approach? Or is it the case that they'll bear me in mind regardless of how much contact there has been?
