Same interviewers from 2 years ago

I am interviewing for an investment consulting gig. In addition to the guy that initially phone screened me there will be 2 other people who will join in the in-person interview. These two I have interviewed with 2 years ago at the same company but for a slightly different job which I didn't get an offer for.

Should I bring this up in the interview? What's a good way to handle this without being awkward?

Some guys were talking about interviewing tips, and one guy had a really good one in particular. I suggest the same to you:

rooster

I was actually introduced to the process while interviewing at Goldman. After stashing my topcoat in the secret behind-the-wall closet, the receptionist gave me the code for the men's room and told me to take my time - clearly she wanted me to go in and pinch a loaf.

No one came in while I was making the shit, but I feel like this would be an ultimate success if your interviewer happened to come in to take a piss at the same time while you're dropping a burly deuce. That way, as he was washing his hands at the sink, he would be able to see you in the mirror as you emerge victorious from the stall and begin to urinate around the perimeter of the restroom.

He would stand helpless, realizing that he just released his urine into the toilet and has no way to combat the territory-marking that you have just done. Shaking his head in disappointment, he would exit the restroom knowing that he was just pwn3d by some random guy he's never seen before. Upon finding out that you are in fact the interviewee, his subconscious primal realization will be that you are in fact the alpha male, and he is in no place to deny you the job you seek.

They probably don't even remember interviewing you. If it's a good firm they have too many candidates to care and remember each of them.

This actually happened to me during the beginning of my senior year. It was the super day at a BB for IB full time. I had interviewed for the summer program and was not accepted. They asked me to come back for full time interviews that fall (I obvi thought this was a good sign). Once I walked into the interview I immediately remembered the interviewer, the first thing he said was haven't i interviewed you before. the interview was already over. he asked me the exact same questions, all fit. I might as well have not gone to the interview.

If you're a likeable and confident guy, then feel free to bring it up in small talk. If you're ackward, then don't bring up anything that you don't have to. You'll just make yourself look more uncomfortable. Realistically, they won't remember you anyway. If you were memorable, you would have gotten the job.
