Second Bachelor's Degree to IB

I am currently a Senior about to graduate from a target school with a degree in Econ.  I don't have any related internship experience and finance became my career interest pretty late, but I want to do IB.  I was offered a conditional spot at an Oxbridge to do a Bachelor's degree in Law, and provided I meet the condition, I think I'll go.  I am American with dual EU citizenship, but I think I'd like to live and work in the US after.  Can I recruit for US IB the normal way undergrads do?  Does anyone have experience with something similar?

Agreed. Probably better to do a year or two of master's degree instead. Going from target to IB shouldn't be that difficult imo, even without the lack of experience (which can be gained this summer at a boutique IB). I am assuming the Oxbridge degree would take another 3 years

For family and other external reasons, it's worth my while.  I was never super career oriented throughout my undergrad, but since I've been given the opportunity to do another, I want to plan ahead.
