Stat Arb Trader- Is it an entry-level position?

The title "Stat Arb Trader" threw me off but the job description doesn't say anything about experience, curious if it's an entry level position or for an experienced trader.

Here is the description:

"Purpose
To play an important role in helping manage and monitor the trading activity and associated operational duties on the Statistical Arbitrage Desk, including ensuring desk abides by appropriate risk limits and firm policies and regulations.

Primary Responsibilities
• Morning review of daily reports (include reconciliation, risk, financial, process logs etc
• Run trading/model data integrity checks
• Launching and monitoring trading application. Monitoring exposures and mishedges and watching markets and models.
• Reviewing stocks to be traded and watching and analyzing execution of large movers and active stocks.
• Some manual trading - example deal stocks which models may not trade well
• Running end of day processes.
• Research potential new data sources that could be incorporated into trading strategies.
• Keep track of trading market environment change
• Interface with firms operation team.
• Proactively identify operational risks/ control deficiencies in the business
• Review and comply with Firm Policies applicable to your business activities
• Escalate operational risk loss events, control deficiencies and risks that you identify to your line manager and the relevant risk and control functions promptly.

Job Specifications
Required:
Computer Proficiency. The candidate should have working unix/linux experience (other strong computer skills can be substituted).
Strong analytical, organizational, verbal, written and time management skills.
Solid understanding of US Equity markets.
Strong interpersonal/team work skills.
Ability to multitask and willing to work on a trading desk during US markets trading hours.
Preferred:
Undergraduate or Graduate Degree in quantitative or science discipline
Series 7 and 55 qualification will be required in a short period."
