You show both schools on your resume until you’ve done at least one full year at the new institution. Since you do have only one semester, it’s a double edged sword: you can also get a 4.0 quite easily if you play the game

 

Sure - you can put your old school with “Transferred” in parentheses. Then put your new school with “N/A/4.00” or something like that.
