Went through recruiting for 2021 SA. RBC apps are already open for 2022 SA. Most of the EBs do interviews throughout the spring. The BBs have diversity recruiting during this time as well (March-May). I believe CS/Citi did interviews earlier than the other BBs (late-spring/early-summer). The rest of the BBs all open apps on July 1 and interviews happen on a rolling basis going into the Fall.

If you go to a target school, info sessions/coffee chats usually start late-fall and ramp up in the spring. It's a good idea to start networking with all the banks in Jan and then maintain relationships for the next 3-9 months, putting more focus on the banks that are recruiting earlier.

Diversity programs at many banks are already up and running with applications for exposure days and networking events -- these often turn directly into superdays in the spring. Concurrently, the EBs and select BBs would launch in the spring -- last week it really kicked off at the end of march. Houlihan Rx, PJT Rx, Moelis, Evercore, Raine, M Klein, MS and Citi all had offers out in April for summer 21. The rest rolled through the spring and the fall.
