  1. True it isn’t fair but it’s not your place to do anything about it either

  2. You got the credits for the class and A

  3. Pettiness and vengefulness aren’t positive character traits

So you’re interested in going into finance/real estate and you’re upset that one of your classes wasn’t a perfect meritocracy? And on top of that, you get off on being a narc?

You are in for a world of emotional pain and anger post graduation unless you take the above advice and start making lemonade from lemons. There are little social repercussions in a school setting where classes only last 4 months and you get to anonymously report things. In the work setting, where you have to be alongside the same people for significant amounts of time, people catch onto narcs and often gang up against them and make their lives hell; most rational managers also don’t like kiss asses or tattle tales. Life isn’t fair but it also isn’t short - if you are persistent with your hard work, you will eventually beat out the people who didn’t earn their way there (most of the time).

If I found out someone did this, there is no way I would hire them. I realize that it is extremely unlikely to come out in an interview. But, what a bizarre stance to take. If you are worried about a C student taking your spot because it bumped their GPA by 0.1, you weren’t going to get the job anyway.

What exactly is motivating you to do this?

Find a hobby. You have too much time on your hands.

What in the world is the upside of this lmao?

You are participating in the advantage at least as much as anyone! In fact it is giving you an advantage over those that didn’t sign up for the class...

Why would you even suggest. You're mad that you wAsTeD tImE? So should I report my team members to HR every time they have me update prices on a deck even though we aren't seeing clients for like two weeks, nobody here is gonna look at it and the prices will change anyways?

So much time is wasted in finance. You should probably get used to it if that's what you're thinking of pursuing as a career.
