Firms that work at the top floor of the tallest buildings

Curious to find out whether or not there is a trend for top companies taking top floors. I know Citadel plans on moving to the top floor of a building.

Also curious to find out which companies work on the highest floors like Cantor Fitzgerald who occupied the top floors of the world trade center.

"The Pharma Guy" MS Amlin is an insurer at the top of the Leadenhall Building but they aren't really the "traditional" firm people on WSO think of. Jane Street Capital is at the top of 20 Fenchurch Street and I think that's pretty damn cool.

Jane Street's HQ is on some of the lower floors of 4WFC (250 Vesey) We're a few floors higher, but still in the bottom half of a building nearby. Honestly, a nice thing about being a mid-size firm and taking the lower floors, is that the designers feel that they need to compensate and build an awesome space with ridiculous amenities. Ours is great, but theirs is AMAZING.

On a top floor, the view is the attraction. I also hope that you don't get seasick if you're working up there.

The only difference between Asset Management and Investment Research is assets. I generally see somebody I know on TV on Bloomberg/CNBC etc. once or twice a week. This sounds cool, until I remind myself that I see somebody I know on ESPN five days a week.
