I’ve lived in this luxury complex for 7.5 years. It has been a blast. Lots of hot 25-30yr old chicks. The price point is pretty high for the area so you have to have a good job to join. Granite countertops, 5 outdoor grills, valet trash, a pool, billiards, shuffleboard and a cafe plus a plush room for entertaining by the pool. Also, all my Amazon packages go to my front door which is very convenient.

Yeah I've been to Boulder, it is a nice area. I am an avid snowboarder as well and have been to nationals twice in boardercross. But, overall I would prefer to live in either NYC or SoCal.

I drink the stuff with the sugar in it. But, it is somewhat diluted.
I need the calories from the Gatorade to workout. I don't eat before morning workouts and just drink normal Gatorade for fuel plus Clif Gel Double Expresso 100mg caffeine packs.

Yeah yesterday after taking that Wild Fire, I worked out for 4hrs 14min, which is good for me. It was a pretty light workout, but I felt somewhat enlightened and very focused. The dumbbells felt a bit lighter and hitting high HR on the indoor bike seemed easy. The whole day was rockstar after that - massive endorphins.
I took today off of it, but am thinking of starting the weekday with this Wild Fire pre before my 9:30am Zoom call, maybe a hard 8:15am - 9am high HR high intensity session at the clubhouse gym or indoor cycling.
4h session is light ?! How many calories are you consuming in a day ?
Beta Alanine + L Citruline is a super underrated quasi-nootropic. I can focus for hours. Caffeine is a plus but it comes with a crash for me (caffeine tolerance is shit), so I prefer a decaf preworkout most days.
I’d use our clubhouse a lot more but the dumbells only go up to 60 lbs. Hopefully yours is fully stocked
