Recruiting Pre-Internet
I'm sitting at my desk thinking about all the Linkedin/email networking and online applications I sent in to get where I am today and can't help but wonder how exactly did recruiting work before the internet was a major thing? Would I have any shot as a non-target or would my career be working at the community bank downtown?
