UNTIL WHAT AGE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF WORKING FOR SOMEONE?

for anyone that’s 30+. what’s your career plan moving forward and where do you see yourself in the short term assuming you’ve got great experience at a firm,
learning from colleagues and know what’s its like to have a boss etc.

assuming you’ve made steady income, what’s your end game? do you “enjoy” working at a place where you know you get a salary and have no risk or do you see yourself doing your own thing one day? I know there’s pros/cons to both and there’s nothing wrong with not taking the risk to venture out on yourself but if you’re taking orders from someone when you’re 35-45 do you see yourself being at a high executive position in a firm to stay? Ordering people rather than being told what to do. thoughts?
