Honestly, just IQ and EQ. Looks matter to an extent but anything above a 6 is gold when the girl is smart and has common sense. Just personal opinion

I'm a picky dude and I probably will be single for quite a while but when I find these characteristics, it will be worth the journey:

- fit body (must have a nice butt)

- attractive face

- I like height, and must be at least 5'4ish but can go down to 5'0 if there are other great qualities

- Must have a great personality, good listener, and be a great communicator.

- Have a stable job. I find corporate women to be really sexy.

My GF checks all the boxes and she's on the shorter end. Must be honest with you I like tall women (I'm ~6'1 so not short myself), but her other qualities are good enough for me to ignore that. Looks is a really subjective thing tho.

Persistency is Key

Dude the dating pool for young guys has become so low quality that I ended up excluding everything I actually searched for in a woman, literally all she needs to be is just these:

- Not fat

- Not an ugly face

She requires no talent in exchange to be with me. What does she get with being with guys like us? Well, before the "muh personality only" and all the liars decide to say that "personality" is all that matters or "as long as they're a good person" or something, with us they get:

- Being with someone at the top 98th percentile+ of their income bracket for our age

- Low maintenance (we are busy all the time)

- Well educated, most of us went to great schools

- Physically, I'm 6'1 and most of my banking buddies are 5"10 and up (so taller than average)

- Relatively fit (compared to general populations)

Objectively, few downsides and all I require is that she isn't fat, she doesn't have to work or be talented or anything, very low standards here lol

NYC guy, I get numbers from enough girls to draw a good enough pool, but if you ever make it here you'll realize how inconsistent people are

You are your dating pool. As you become higher demand you get pickier with women. If they arent connecting with you then there might be something you dont realize turning them off

If she's hip enough to have a nice pedicure, the rest of her assets should be well maintained too
