Which Faculty to Meet People

Since it's important to network right away when starting university, what type of people (faculty wise) would produce the best advantage if I'm interested in a career in the business sector. For instance, I'm an engineering student but for frosh, I feel like I should join the management one so I would get the chance to meet management people or else it would be a lot more difficult during the school year.

I'm having trouble understanding what you're asking. What does "join the management one" mean? What "would be a lot more difficult"?

Personal connections with faculty are a grossly under-value resource by most undergrads, so I commend you for wanting to make the effort. That said, I wouldn't worry too much about being strategic about it. If you find a class you're passionate about, set aside some time to chat with the prof about non-class topics like his current research or any extramural positions. Coming from someone who was a college freshman over a decade ago, I wish I had spent more time pursuing passions that figuring out the "best" people/clubs/activities for me.
