And before you MS look at the crime rated in NYC over the last two years.

Sadly I think the NYC crime/drug issue is an issue everywhere from covid shutdowns and inflation and easy money ramping things up for those who were already struggling with addiction. I work in 2 major cities (one being NYC) and they both have gotten substantially worse with drug and mental health issues post covid. NYC has gotten scary IMO- I'm considering refusing to ride the subway alone anymore (I am a woman so that may be part of it). I think I only feel safe when I'm with my unit of a fiancé and even then it's iffy and he's 6'4 ex foot ball and pretty intimidating (on the surface if you don't know him). Really hard to attribute the crime problems to the current administration IMO though- it's not like Biden got into office and this just appeared- it started escalating  when Trump was in office but I don't blame him either- I blame the problems as a result of covid and the aftermath.

Like the unadjusted- only with a little bit extra.

I don't vote because I find it a waste of time. No election ever came down to one vote. Also, none of the candidates ever really embody the principles I believe in. I'm a libertarian (not one of the fake ones that are memed on), so I've seen the destruction of our liberties during this pandemic and in general, both from republicans and democrats. Generally, I see republicans as a lesser evil compared to democrats, but I can't bring myself to vote for republicans because they also are frequently anti-freedom and do not practice what they preach. I do hope that Republicans at least win the House even if they lose the senate. We desperately need divided Congress. The less they can do, the better off we all are.

lmao you definitely did not mention anything about macro or IB in your original post my friend.

However, to play nicely with you, I would agree the President, and government leaders generally, are having a larger role in macro as macroeconomics lately seems to be driven more by geopolitics/policy rather with Central banks somewhat reacting and playing catch up.

Pennsylvania voter.

Prefacing this with "voting is useless and if it actually resulted in real change those in charge would have outlawed it years ago"...I vote for Democrats solely for harm reduction. Almost every Dem is a spineless pussy that is more interested in suckling at the teat of the donor class than doing anything for their constituents, but the GOP is for all intents and purpose a fascist party. I can't abide that.

Early Warning Signs of Fascism:

1. Powerful and Continuing Nationalism

2. Identification of Enemies as a Unifying Cause

3. Supremacy of the Military

4. Rampant Sexism

5. Controlled Mass media

6. Obsession with National Security

7. Religion and Government Intertwined

8. Corporate Power Protected

9. Labor Power Suppressed

10. Disdain for Intellectuals and the Arts

11. Obsession with Crime and Punishment

12. Rampant Cronyism and Corruption

13. Fraudulent Elections

All but one of the the items above are the basis of the GOP platform and almost the entirety of their 2016, 2018, 2020, and 2022 election strategies.

Only appropriate answer is republican. Anyone in banking who votes left wing is simply a hypocrite. If you want to pay higher taxes please just donate your unnecessarily high bonus or work a job which actually benefits society instead of collecting banking checks and claiming to care about people.

In addition, unless you want your kids to become transgender and encouraged to chop their dicks off at school, you need to vote republican.

Moreover, as democrat voters seem to love immigration so much, please let one of the millions of illegal immigrants camped at the southern border stay in your spare bedroom, otherwise if not vote republican instead.

Couldn’t bring myself to vote for either shit head in 16, voted for Biden in 20 even though he’s senile and the Democratic Party is full of SJWs.

I hate the elitist holier-than-thou and intense woke-ism of the Dems, but these days I can’t shake the feeling that the current state of the GOP is deeply rooted in racism, misogyny, and prejudice - and no way in hell I’ll ever support that. Probably just going to not vote for the next few cycles.

North Carolina, vote Republican. Grew up with a strong conservative influence, even though the rest of my family are Democrats. Trump regularly has rally’s in my hometown. I have strong conservative values and want them upheld in the government. I think the difference between each candidate for me was -

Trump:

Pros: Economy, Conservative Legislation, International Affairs, Swag, Melania Trump

Cons: Radical, Abuse of Power

Biden:

Pros: Minority Advancement, Bearable

Cons: Worst Economy, Liberal Legislation, International Affairs, Weak, Jill Biden

I voted for Trump. He’s simply a better president between the two. That saying, we need a more moderate Republican candidate. Extreme ideologies aren’t good for our culture. Can say the same for the Left. I don’t regret my decision, because the Biden administration has been an ABSOLUTE shitshow.

There of course was only one candidate right for the job - a Washington outsider, not taken seriously by the liberal media, a successful businessman, unsuccessful in love but electrifying on stage.

America wasn’t ready for you Kanye
