2024 Glendower Graduate Analyst Program

Hi everyone, I just applied for Glendower's 2024 US FT analyst class and saw that apps opened last week on Handshake. Just wanted to start this thread to see how recruitment goes this year. Does anyone have insight into the interview process?

I recruited last year for this position, ~3 weeks total. One interview with headhunter, 3 interviews with VP/Associate level before Superday. If you answer well on technicals, they push you with harder ones. Superday was virtual 5 one hour interviews if I recall. The work seems very interesting, you really need to know your stuff about secondaries market.

Thank you so much, this is incredibly helpful. Did you interview for the London or NY office if you don’t mind me asking? Also, were the technicals specific to secondaries? Or were they more classic PE techs?

Noted! Last question, do you happen to know what their AN1 base is? Really appreciate all the insight so far

New York office. I think each location’s analyst class was targeted around 5. They start off with traditional (think LBO) but if you do well they add more nuance. The personal questions is very secondaries-focused. Instead of why PE more so why Glendower?
