I was wondering if anyone knows anything about Aquiline Capital Partners. It's a MM PE firm focused on FIG. They're recruiting at my school for 2019 SA and FT. I'm going to some events with them soon and I couldn't find much on them. I noticed that the position description mentioned sourcing (with a short mention of deal execution) but on the analysts' profile it says "XXX is focused on origination across the firm." They also don't seem to have any post IB associates and their analyst program is only ~1 year old. The firm has a few BN AUM but would the role be dialing for deals?
