Based on previous WSO threads, it seems common for candidates to experience delays in hearing back after interviews. For example:

  • Bain Final Round Feedback: Candidates have reported waiting for feedback after final rounds, with some waiting for a few days to hear back.
  • BlackRock First Round Feedback: Similar delays have been noted, with candidates waiting to hear back after the first round and wondering if rejections are also communicated.

Given these patterns, it's not unusual to experience a wait of a couple of weeks or more. If you haven't heard back yet, it might be worth reaching out to your recruiter for an update.
