not sure tbh, i have only done direct pe interviews
did this interview last year, be well versed in conceptual questions from PE guides (what makes a good LBO target, levers of returns, MOIC vs IRR). Also got asked paper LBO (simple where CapEx and D&A were same and same entry exit multiple). Last one I remember was if a company grows at 1.5x and you want to double ur investment how much would u pay for that business
