Dear forum, If you met 6 people for a final round interview and they all gave you their business cards, what kind of follow-up email do you write ? One only to the most senior person, one email to the 6 people, 6 individual emails, nothing?

You need to write 6 individual emails.
I have heard stories of teams comparing the follow-up emails they received for candidates, and its naturally a bad look if they find that you sent one cookie cutter email to all of them.
Take the time to personalize each one, thanking the person for their consideration and referencing a specific thing that you spoke with them about. If you are really interested in joining the company, this is not a lot to ask.
