Calling Dawson "top" is hilarious. Firm is bottom quartile for NAV lending, pref. equity, and even senior lending. Try keeping a straight face telling someone you raised billions to generate a 1.08x and 2% IRR.

Jesus Christ, can we just stop with the Dawson bashing? Yes, their first two funds are crap. Yes, rumors are that they treat their juniors like shit. But fact is that they are one of the highest paying PE secondaries shop, and all of their funds after the second one have done just fine. Nobody raises billions with a 2% IRR.
