Insight Partners 2024 Summer Analyst Superday - Pointers?

2025 spring grad here, target school. Got invited to superday for Insight Partners' 2024 Summer Analyst position. I'm a math/cs major and have never recruited for any traditional finance roles before, so I have no idea what I'm going into. Any pointers? My previous exp is all quant/big tech.

still waiting to hear back personally, but from speaking to analyst it's pretty behavioral (no modeling or anything). Do some research on a tech vertical (healthtech, consumer/retail, fintech, etc.) and make sure you're super knowledgeable about it / have a basic investment thesis. Research a few insight portcos that you can talk about, and a few startups in this vertical you've chosen that you could pitch as investments. Have answers for why growth equity (esp over quant/tech based on your experience), why Insight

they apparently conduct superdays through summer until their class is filled. the april one (the one I did) was the first one, besides the one for ppl who did the engagement program (that one was in march). I think half their SA class is filled at this point, but I will probably decline my offer so there is at least one spot still.

super helpful, thanks. around when was your superday (start/middle/end of the month?) and how many days in advance were you notified?

What is the SA recruiting process like?

Doing FT recruiting rn, and it's like a resume screen -> Hirevue + Predictive Assessment (I'm here) -> Case Type of Interview (I think this it) -> Superday.

Does this line up with SA process and did y'all have to do a case kind of interview in particular? Thanks!
