KKR NGT Growth Exits
Hey all, I am am incoming summer analyst in IB next summer and am considering recruiting for growth equity full-time or after 2 years. Curious how the KKR Growth team is viewed, what returns are, how culture is, what exit opportunities exist after, etc. Long-term I'm very interested in working in tech public equities or crossover fund with also privates
Not as strong as some of the other megafund and pure play growth platforms. Common misconception to just lump them with KkR buyout. NGT is far behind

Lot of people on here mistake aping into flashy deals for good investing. KKR Growth’s returns are actually quite good precisely because they were disciplined while the rest of the market was not. Lot of the KKR Growth B-Team left for BX, which unsurprisingly is getting hammered.
Can you expand? Why is BX Growth doing poorly?
