Creating this as I haven't seen a thread on this year's FA program in Zug. Has anyone heard back or done the first round interview yet? Does anybody know what each round consists of?

When did they have apps open???
Did first round beginning of the month, next one will be mid October
What is total compensation for this? What about start date?
It’s 110k base with 30k bonus (CHF) start is in august
Are you in the process ?
Are you sure? Seems low given that investment banks pay 125-140k base in Zurich
Anybody know where they're at in the process currently?
Doing 2nd round at the moment

Not yet... interested to know if someone knows when they'll provide feedback
Email said feedback can take up to 3 weeks. It's now 3 weeks since the first interview slot they offered.

Is it even a good place to start? Why not doing the classic IB to PE route?
Exits are tough these days. Not everyone can get them, so it’s worth being realistic about one’s chances.
