PE Superday - need advice on following up and reimbursement

Had a private equity superday 2 weeks ago. Before the superday, the firm told me to book flights/hotels first, given the quick turnaround time, and that they can have HR process the reimbursement later. I was planning to ask for the reimbursement after hearing back on their decision, but it's been two weeks now and I still haven't heard back.

I followed up last Tuesday and last Friday, but they have gone completely silent on me.

Silence is most likely not good news and was probably rejected, but would appreciate at least communication or an update. At the very least, the reimbursement that they said they would do.

Anyone ever experience this before? Should I follow up with a different team member? Contact HR directly for reimbursement?

Would appreciate any advice on how to proceed.

HR would probably be your best bet. If it's a larger shop - they likely have an AP department that handles these things which has to go through HR first. This is from my understanding of how it works for spds
