Heard comp is very low in the US, founder seems cool though

They are struggling to fundraise, have only done a handful of deals in the last few years, never a good sign. They have a wierd model with investment professionals and advisors. Leadership has a good track record but anecdotally have heard they’re checked out and stingy. Comp is indeed quite low compared to street.
240m fund I and 500m fund II excluding coinvest is decent no?

They haven’t raised for their dedicated software fund in a while (~4 years per pitch book). The recent $ they’ve raised has been in climate or in coinvest vehicles. Anyways gl hope you figure it out
