Roark Capital FT 2022

Hi everyone,

HireVues for Roark just came out. Does anyone have a sense of what to expect? Also, any info on culture, opportunities for advancement, comp, etc?

I got dinged (as expected) but thought I read somewhere they may ask about franchise deals because that’s their primary focus

Yeah so I have a VP from my school who works there. I think they have 4 or 5 SAs right now. He said usually they convert all and don’t do FT hiring, but it sounds like they must not plan to hire them all if they’re doing FT recruiting. That said, he told me it’s super hard... only 1 person of ~400 who apply get it, granted not all 400 (ie me) convert to the HireVue. So I’d bet there may be 100-200 with the HV and I have no clue how to get past that round. Maybe search around here some more. That said, best wishes with it. From the people I’ve talked to about Roark, it sounds like a great place to work (+ lower COL in ATL working at a fund of that size>>>).
