“Julius was extremely helpful in breaking down the accounting concepts, especially allowing me the opportunity to walk through a question step by step on how the three financial statements are impacted across income, cash flow and balance sheet along with figuring out the mental math for it all. The concept for Equity Value to Enterprise value and bridging between the two were fairly straight forward. Along with the networking advice on reaching out to potential recruiters for Investment banking roles and how lateral recruitement is happening year end vs going into Q1 next year.”

In addition to the software / saas investing related links below, I'd look at the sites of funds of interest that have info on portcos and press releases discussing the investment. Look at the funds that fit your desired scale (ie Thoma Bravo, Vista, Silver Lake, etc. for large cap investing)

For multiples / margins / general industry trends I'd look at broader SaaS industry reports that touch on trends & multiples / recent transactions. Some of these sources include Bain PE report on tech investing, Vista insights, & insights from IBs such as HL that have software reports. Below are some older ones
