Best Ways to Get into RE out of undergrad

I am an undergraduate (sophomore) and recently realized that I am very interested in Real Estate. I have a few questions and would appreciate any insight you can offer:

-What are the best REPE placements out of undergrad? BX, KKR, Apollo, Ares (what am I missing here?) How would you rank these options in terms or prestige/market power, etc?)

-What roles are there at investment banks? I know MS has a real estate group... what else?

-If I don't get one of those jobs and end up in banking, which investment banks have the best RE groups that have the best buy side placements? Would it be hard to get over to BREP Acquisitions/ BREP from Goldman TMT or MS M&A?
