Blackstone REPE Summer Analyst 2026 Rounds

Hey, so I have been going through the SA recruitment process for BX REPE. So far, I have completed the plymetrics, Hireview, math test, and 2 rounds of interviews with VPs, one motivational and one technical. I applied in late February and it is now early June. I had my last interview towards the end of May, and haven't heard back yet. I know the recruitment timeline, question types, and number of rounds differ between team and geography, but what more should I expect?

I have exams pretty much every second day starting next week into early July and I'm worried if they ask me to do a Superday or another round during that time. Also, regarding question types, what sort of questions can I start to expect in the latter rounds? Other than the behavioral questions, my technical interview was not exactly real estate specific, but more questions directed towards modeling and valuation techniques in my prioir IB internship, and RE questions were more market awareness, basic valuation and "where would you invest" type questions. I am yet to be asked anything technical specific to RE such as NOI and cap rates. I think I have those down, but do not have experience with actual RE excel modeling and paper/pen valuations other than NOI/cap-rate related questions.
