Based on the most helpful WSO content, updates on Wells Fargo's SA processes often indicate that HR takes some time to finalize numbers after superdays. For example, in previous cycles, offers were typically communicated within the same week or by the end of the week following superdays. If you're waiting, it's a good idea to stay patient and keep an eye out for calls or emails, as offers are often extended on the same day to all selected candidates. Good luck!

I had mine on Tuesday, but for Syndications. Not too sure on the turnaround, I’m staying hopeful latest by Monday morning.

Haven’t heard anything yet. Ik Wells CRE is kind of historically slower when it comes to to turnaround when compared to IB, but Syndications isn’t one of the more popular groups, so I feel like they can’t be interviewing that many people for it, so I’m giving it 3 business days latest. I do have it confirmed by one of my interviewers that it is a call, and usually later in the day.

don’t think i’ve seen anything either only person i saw who accepted the offer probably accelerated process two months ago

no idk what is happening, pretty sure all of the offers i’ve seen have been for charlotte or reb/other roles but if anyone has gotten or knows somebody with sref offer from this round please lmk

Yea saw an RESF for NYC post just now. It was a good ride. Wells did another process in the Fall for CRE, so I think I’m gonna apply again for that. Congrats to everyone who got offers

im really confused… i didnt get an SREF call but my application portal is still open with a scheduled interview (i interviewed with WF PF IB before and they typically close out your scheduled interview following a rejection so idk what’s up)
