Hey everyone,

Career Resources
Definitely improved. A few things:
Don't abbreviate some months and not others - write the full month name out
Eagle Scout is an Activity, right, it's not that you're interested in the group, you are a member.
Change "Other" to "Skills and Interests" or "Skills and Extracurricular Activities"
You need to work on your bullet points under your experiences - don't just focus on what you did - also discuss how you did it, what you did the project for, and any results/impact made as a result of your efforts (if any). Your bullet points for your most recent experience right now read as more of a laundry list without really giving me insight into what you got out of it, what your efforts meant and what you really know (in terms of how you performed the tasks, what resources, etc).
Your most recent experience, the dash (" - ") in the date is small, while the others are big. Watch the consistency there and make sure all of the date dashes are either big or small.
I would also move "Cum Laude" up to your degree line, rather than freestanding near the GPA.

I see from your experience that you had a good summer in your PE firm
Be careful about that though. It might kill you during the interviews
Here are a few stuff I would probably ask if I was an interviewer in a bad mood
"Monte Carlo"
"Talk about the pro forma financial models, what was the projection, why did you do that? why didn't you do this and this"
"Developed Strategy, it sounded like you did this all by yourself. Did you ?"
"Tell me about this B2B media company, the industry , competitors, company's health, did you acquire them and why"
"Derivative training program, let me see if you know xxxxxx"
Just a thought. I had stuff on my resume where I was not particularly familiar and ended up getting grilled on it for the entire interview
Thanks for the heads up, Eric, but I actually feel very comfortable answering any of those questions. I don't think any of the bullet points that I've listed on my resume are over my head, and I'd be happy to talk about all/any of them in an interview.
BankonBanking, thanks a bunch for all your feedback so far. I really appreciate it. I'm having trouble thinking of ways to improve my bullets under my PE internship, though. Do you have any specific examples of how to fix them?
Also, can you guys give me more opinions on which format you like better?
Here is the resume with dates on the left side:
http://www.razume.com/documents/11455
And here it is with dates on the right:
http://www.razume.com/documents/11456
The content is almost identical, with the exception of a few small changes to make some of the PE firm bullets stay on the same line. I think I like the version with the dates on the left better, because it looks cleaner and more balanced. I've heard mixed opinions about it, though.
I prefer the second style (dates on the right). Given that you are not very short on content, you needn't squeeze everything to the right side to make room for the dates. The second format is cleaner and neater for your content/resume.
Regarding specific changes to your experiences, I would need to fire more questions at you to learn more of the specifics surrounding your internship. In general, just ask yourself those questions, write out the full answer, and then cut it down to its core material - I performed this task - ok, what did I actually do here and how did I do it - did it lead, or help lead to anything specific such as entering into negotiations, signing docs, pitching a client, changing a policy, modifying key assumptions, etc?

Which font is this ? And any thoughts about which are the most popular fonts on CVs ? TNR ? Arial ?
Thanks
I use Times New Roman. I've heard either of those fonts are fine for resumes, though. I doubt anyone has much of a preference one way or the other.
