The advice I've been given is to only keep it on if it's indeed an Exeter/Choate/Groton type school. Otherwise, just put your SAT score in the college section and cut the HSGPA.

No clue, ask an upperclassman maybe? This is based on what people (both those who attended fancy boarding schools and those who didn't) have told me, but I wasn't even close to valedictorian myself, so I never asked.

Take it off unless you went to a top boarding or day school - even if you did, take it off after the summer internship between junior year and senior year. No need to waste a line or two on HS shit.
SAT score should stay, think I had mine next to my GPA because most banks and buyside firms ask. Valedictorian and salutatorian are nice but you either use it to get into a top school or it doesn’t really matter.
.
Not sure if it's applicable to you, but also worth including if you're trying to relocate back home (e.g. if you live in NYC and want to go back to Chicago, it's a good idea to put New Trier on your resume). It's a positive indicator that you aren't just spamming applications, and that you're somebody who could stay/grow at the company.
