What tier B-School could I expect to be accepted to?

I'm just looking for a little guidance based upon my current situation and I appreciate the feedback.

I will be graduating in April from a non-ivy, yet sold/reputable university with a 3.7/4.0 GPA. I accepted a job with Goldman Sachs doing Ops out of Salt Lake City. I know its not the most respected job in the banking world, but there really wasn't a whole lot of jobs going around during this past recruiting cycle and I am excited to work for such a great firm. Anyway, I would love some feedback on what tier of business school I may be able to get into in a few years - assuming I do well on the GMAT?

Thanks for the advice.

Relax, you are going to need around 3-5 years of work experience to be considered for one of the better MBA programs. Work hard and get promoted and then focus on your MBA.

Thanks guys. I realize though that applying and getting into a good B-School really is a long-term goal. So what sort of things should I be doing now (in my last semester at a semi-target) and once I start at my job this summer to prepare to actually get into a top 10 school?

Again, thanks for the help.
