London Salary Master Thread 2026

Hi all, I would like to get a sense of salary ranges in London and have it as reference.

It would be great if you could share:

  • Desk / function
  • Level
  • Base + bonus (or total comp if easier)
  • Years of experience (optional, but helpful)
  • Firm (if willing to share)

Breakdown by level:

Analyst:
Associate:
Senior Associate:
Vice President:

I know comp beyond VP can vary quite a bit, so I’ve left that out, but feel free to include if you’re happy to share.

Would update the post periodically.

Thanks in advance!

Desk: Fixed Income trading

Converted from summer and all Euro BBs pay the same base salary and sign on as far as I'm aware :)

Very tough without summer, the two people I know on my grad program who aren't from the internship 1) did an s&t internship at a lesser bank, got the return, and then rerecruited to my bank and 2) Has two other non S&t but still very impressive internships and has top % grades from a target in a highly relevant subject
