Recently got accepted for this program. Thoughts as to whether this should go on my resume? And where? Since this is a 10-week program, should it be in the experience section? Any feedback or general information about the program in general is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

No don’t put it on your resume. Cringe as hell.
If you want to put it on your resume, I would so a subsection in education that says insight programs: JP Morgan xyz, Goldman Insight Series, Citi Freshman Discovery Program etc…
Make the most of it and build relationships. Wouldn’t put it on your general resume, unless you have 0 experience. When applying to GS, I would definitely mention it under a “Programs” or “Insight Series” section.
