Do you know why? Were you a summer that didn't get called back, or were you a raw interviewee?
Did you grovel, cry, beg, and offer your "full" services?
Buy some guides... study... apply everywhere, and dominate in full time interviews?
Work hard bro/chica, happens to the best of us
Thats unfortunate, but I hope you found out what you did right and did wrong during the 10 week interview.
Devise a system to round off the fractions of a cent from all of your former employer's transactions, and have them deposited into your personal bank account. That's how Peter Gibbons would do it. Just make sure it doesn't go horribly wrong, because you can't count on your workplace catching fire and destroying the evidence.

Realistically --- you will have to get very lucky and pray they underhired out of their SA class. I talked to a family friend recently who's a VP at a BB, inquiring about joining that bank. He told me first and foremost, get the offer from my internship and if you don't - that's a huge obstacle to overcome.
The reason why it's so hard is that the bar for SA's are set pretty low -- most of it is dependent upon work ethic + attitude. The assumption is that if you didnt get an offer, then something was pretty seriously wrong. anyway, good luck man, stuff like this happens
Have you thought about networking into the buyside? I know 2 guys from my BB summer class who didn't get offers - one ended up at a top MM PE and the other at a hedge fund straight from school. Probably much harder for that to come around now but doesn't hurt to try.
Had a friend who did not get an offer last year and for all his FT interviews he was asked why. If you manage to get FT interviews you need to have a good answer to this question. Good luck
Check out this article on what to do when you don't land a SA internship in IB:

Additionally, you need to try to find out exactly what went wrong. On any one interview, it could just be a matter of fit, especially within smaller shops/groups. However, if you find yourself consistently getting to the 1st, 2nd or even final rounds and then getting shot down, you might simply be making a few missteps that are costing you the opportunities.
PM me if you have any other questions and good luck.
There were a few kids who didn't end up with FT offers after internships in my group. They almost landed on their feet just fine. One ended up at Evercore and a few others got into BBs. Fact is, even if you missed the cut in your group, you've got the experience that most of your competitors don't. Learn from the experience and bust your butt during interviews. The banking experience will get you in the door for interviews at the very least for a handful of banks. You can also look into consulting, if you didn't enjoy the experience (or even if you did) and parlay your summer into explaining why you think consulting would be a better fit.
Thanks for the helpful comments. and as many of you figured out I was a summer analyst.
First, be happy that you even had an internship. Of the nine FT kids coming in, only 1 was a previous intern. I hope that you met some good people who could be references and most important of all, for networking. Not only is it good for you to get your resume in the right places, but it is good for them. People want to know others at other banks (various reasons you could imagine from work related to exit possibilities)
The experience also gives you chance to think back on what you actually did. I did 2 rotations in my Summer. After it, I wanted to do something different in the bank that I got just a small taste for and am pursuing that and would much happier doing.
As with anything do not dwell on it. Just understand why, and make sure it never happens again. (Unless it was office politics, which of course happens)
I was competing with two other people, and the one who got it has the same alma mater as the boss... I don't know if thats a legitimate excuse but I think that might have been a factor. Really I need some help coming up with reasons as to why I didn't get an offer for FT interviews...
