I didn't get a hirevue after, but I just reread the description and saw that if we use a .edu email, there could be a delay. Wish I would have read that before I used my university email....

I thought sophomore edge participants are not supposed to apply until they send us a specific app that’s accelerated and for our preference

International student here too and didn't receive pyrometrics/hirevue after applying. 4.0 GPA and west coast target so I think I got cut for being international.
No one has gotten anything yet so don't worry. They will probably start sending pymetrics out next week
JP Morgan doesnt sponsor from this cycle. It's listed in the application job description as Authorization to work permanently in the U.S.
I heard that JPM doesn’t take internationals this year. Someone please confirm?
Im international interning with JPM NYC this year, so definitely take for 2020 SA, but doesnt take for 2021 SA
That's a bummer, I applied before I participated their Corporate & strategy summit today. Also learned today that I'm rejected from all positions I applied to lol

It isn't "misinformation," I heard from someone at JPM that pymetrics comes first

Yea, I was also wondering about the "Attend University in the US" requirement. I'm a US citizen, but I go to college in a diff country... Am I not allowed to apply? Doesn't make sense tbh

If we accidentally used the same cover letter for all 3 positions and made an error what do we do? I know its my fault completely but should I withdraw or hope for the best and leave it

I didn't get anything yet and I applied when it first opened. It's definitely pymetrics first (talked to a MD). Still waiting for the link.

Yea already got pymetrics. Fairly routine and got a hirevue 10 minutes later
Yea same. Applied 6/24 at around 11pm for IBD and got the pymetrics on 6/25 morning. Completed the pymetrics on 6/25 at night and received hirevue directly after (for future applicant reference)

If you apply to 3 locations for IB can you still apply to other roles? Confused on whether it's 3 applications like other firms or 3 divisions

not international. it might be because I used my .edu email (just changed it but its too late already) but I have friends who applied around the same time using their school emails and they didnt get dinged.
